1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (alqatech.in), services, and any related products offered by Alqa Tech (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services We Provide
We offer web development, custom software, POS systems, eBook/audiobook platforms, and business automation services. All projects are custom-built based on client requirements and our technical proposals.
3. Project Process

Discovery: Initial consultation and requirements gathering (free).

Proposal: Detailed scope, timeline, and pricing.

Development: Building and iterative feedback cycles.

Deployment: Launch with testing and training.

Support: 30-day warranty period included.
4. Payment Terms

50% deposit required to begin work.

30% at design approval/milestone delivery.

20% upon final delivery and client approval.

All payments via bank transfer or UPI (Indian clients).

Projects paused after 14 days of unpaid invoices.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond original scope are billable at our hourly rate (₹1500/hour). We’ll always provide clear estimates before additional work begins.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables upon full payment.

We retain rights to code samples, design patterns, and portfolio usage.

Third-party libraries/plugins follow their respective licenses.
7. Cancellation Policy

Pre-development: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

During development: Non-refundable after 50% payment.

Post-delivery: No refunds; support provided instead.
8. Warranties & Liability
We provide a 30-day warranty covering bugs and functionality issues. We cannot guarantee third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.). Our liability is limited to the project value paid.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, business data, and project details remain confidential. We sign NDAs upon request for sensitive projects.
10. Termination
We may terminate services for non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms. We’ll provide reasonable notice and settle outstanding payments.
